in all basicness, I'm trying to make boots similar to these/EXACTLY like those
[link] because any/all of the actual ones(or even Halloween costume-type ones) are extreeemely expensive
The boot itself I can get easily, and even if its not the right color, thankfully there are a lot of really good boot cover tuts on DA so I got the basic boot itself all done and ready to go
its just the actual clear heel that contains the fake aquatic life that I really do need help on
so I was wondering if anybody knew how to make the actual clear heel, and how to glue/attach it on properly so that they wont break in the middle of walking and have me sprain my ankle lol
oooor if anybody knows of an alternative place to get some boots cheaper elsewhere
either of the two is fine (when I say cheaper I DO mean the cheapest thing you can find |D;;;;;;;;;;; )
